Thank you for subscribing to Blog Regardless, a content automation and marketing support service operated by GPA Assets LLC.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services—which include immediate access to proprietary systems, content automation tools, and intellectual property—all payments made to Blog Regardless are non-refundable.
Once a payment has been processed, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Lack of Use: You did not log in, post content, or use the system during your billing cycle.
Business Performance: You did not achieve specific ranking, traffic, or lead generation results.
Third-Party Platform Changes: Google, Meta, or other platforms updated their policies, APIs, or algorithms in a way that affected your usage.
Dissatisfaction: You decided the service was not a fit after the billing cycle began.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
How to Cancel: You can cancel directly through your account dashboard or by emailing Support@BlogRegardless.com.
Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing only.
Access Rights: You will retain full access to your account and services through the end of your currently paid billing period.
3. Multi-Month & Annual Commitments
If you enroll in a quarterly (3-month) or annual plan:
You are committing to the full prepaid term.
These plans are non-refundable once the term begins.
Canceling early prevents the next renewal but does not trigger a refund for the remaining months of the current term.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting our support team is a violation of this policy. In the event of a chargeback:
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and all associated services.
We will submit this policy and your usage logs as evidence to your bank to contest the dispute.
You may be barred from using Blog Regardless services in the future.
