These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of services provided by Blog Regardless (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing, or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services Provided
Blog Regardless provides digital marketing automation services, including but not limited to automated blog content creation, Google Business Profile syndication, publishing workflows, and system integrations.
All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
2. No Guarantees or Promises of Results
You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, sales, revenue, or business growth.
Results vary based on factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, implementation accuracy, and third-party platforms.
Any examples, projections, or statements are illustrative only and not guarantees.
You accept full responsibility for your business decisions and outcomes.
3. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account access, integrations, and approvals.
Maintaining active "Manager" authorization for our system on your Google Business Profile.
Ensuring your Google Business Profile remains in "Good Standing" with Google (e.g., not suspended or disabled).
Reviewing, approving, and monitoring published content.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, industry, and platform regulations.
Reviewing all automated posts for compliance with Federal Fair Housing laws and local real estate advertising rules.
Verifying accuracy of content before use.
We are not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from client-provided information or implementation decisions.
4. Subscription Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
Prices are subject to change with notice.
Failure to process payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3-month and annual plans remain active for the full prepaid term and are non-refundable once the term begins.
Cancellation stops future billing only.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and automated nature of the services: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
No refunds are issued for:
Dissatisfaction with results
Lack of use
Business performance
Platform changes by third parties (Google, Meta, etc.)
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for:
Downtime
Policy changes
Pricing changes
Account suspensions
API limitations
You agree that third-party disruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds.
7.1 Google Business Profile API Disclosure Our service utilizes the Google Business Profile API to publish content on your behalf. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the Google Business Profile Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:
We do not control Google’s algorithms, suspension policies, or display of content.
Google may revoke API access or change posting limitations at any time. Such interruptions do not constitute a breach of contract by Blog Regardless.
We are not liable for any account suspensions, "shadow bans," or ranking drops imposed by Google.
8. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, templates, automation logic, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Blog Regardless.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for use during your active subscription only.
You may not:
Copy (except as explicitly authorized through our official Affiliate Program)
Resell (except as explicitly authorized through our official Affiliate Program)
Reverse engineer
Share access
White-label our systems
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Blog Regardless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of Google Business Profile reviews or data, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Regulatory Compliance & Fair Housing
You acknowledge that you are a licensed real estate professional responsible for complying with all Federal Fair Housing Laws, RESPA, and state-specific advertising regulations. Blog Regardless is a content automation tool, not a compliance officer.
You agree to review all generated content (blogs and social posts) specifically for Fair Housing compliance before or immediately after publication. We are not liable for any fines, lawsuits, or penalties resulting from non-compliant content published to your accounts.
11. No Legal, Financial, or Marketing Advice
All content and services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making business decisions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Affiliate Program
Participation in the Blog Regardless Affiliate Program is governed by a separate Affiliate Agreement. Participation is subject to approval, and we reserve the right to revoke affiliate status at any time for violation of our marketing policies (e.g., spamming, misrepresentation). Commissions are paid only on verified, active accounts in accordance with the payout schedule defined in the Affiliate Agreement.
